Teaching at Politecnico di Milano
The group is involved in teaching within the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
Faculty members deliver courses in Operations Management, Industrial Management Lab and Toolbox, Industrial Plant Management, and Logistics and Production Systems Management, addressing both undergraduate and graduate students. Through these activities, we build the foundations of Operational Excellence for future Operations Managers.

The group contributes to the educational activities of the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano (GSOM) through programs dedicated to post-graduate students.
These programs focus on Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence, adopting an application-oriented approach aimed at developing advanced managerial competencies for the management and improvement of operational processes.
Training with MADE – Competence Center Industria 4.0
We collaborate with MADE – Competence Center Industria 4.0 to design and deliver experiential programs, workshops, and hands-on learning activities that integrate digital technologies, simulations, and real industrial cases.
These initiatives enable the transfer of immediately applicable methodologies and tools to companies, supporting people development and fostering the diffusion of a culture of operational excellence.
