The Opex Center Group is the reference point of Politecnico di Milano for research, education, and knowledge transfer in the field of Operational Excellence.
Founded in 2006 and led by Prof. Portioli Staudacher, the group studies and supports the evolution of Operational Excellence across manufacturing and service sectors, integrating the emerging paradigms of digitalization, sustainability, and artificial intelligence.
